Affiliate Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team and play a key role in expanding our affiliate marketing efforts. This role keeps up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and industry changes. This position drives our brand presence, ensuring high levels of web traffic, customer engagement, growth of reach, and conversions along the overall customer journey.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure affiliate campaign creation, release, management, growth
  • Optimize the affiliate marketing program by analyzing partners, sales metrics, and incrementality testing. Meet or exceed aggressive growth targets.
  • Optimize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) within your channel(s) of focus, and improve YOY efficiency/profitability.
  • Ideate, develop, and maintain new partnerships and onboard new partners.
  • Work cross-functionally with the brand, social media, email marketing, search, merchandising, product, and technology teams.
  • Analyze and monitor the competitive landscape, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI reporting.
  • Deliver regular media performance reporting to the broader performance marketing team, both digitally and verbally, effectively representing the affiliate team and channel at cross-functional meetings
  • Track record of working to revenue and margin growth targets within a retail business.
  • Onboard new affiliate partners according to targets, inclusive of individuals as well as organizations.
  • Generate regional reports on affiliate program performance weekly, monthly, and as per campaigns.
  • Work with multiple local and regional stakeholders to amplify external affiliate performance and contribution.
  • Rebrand Creative Peoples affiliates as an appealing and sustainable source of income and revenue generation across the industry.
  • Other relevant duties may be assigned as necessary.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/Other relevant fields
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in the relevant field in a fast-growing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and good planning, time management, and organizational proficiencies.
  • Experience in B2C and retail industry is a plus.
  • Expert in communication, dynamic, and persuasive.
  • Strong presentation and pitching skills. Good understanding of business numbers.
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, and especially Excel
  • Two to three years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
  • Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
  • Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.).
  • Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools.
